Resilient Equities

Industrial & Process

Process, agricultural, and maintenance facilities in Florida and Puerto Rico. The engineering problem is rarely comfort; it is humidity, exhaust, and regulatory documentation.

Pharmaceutical purified-water production line — documentation and controls, Puerto Rico

700 linear feet of liquid-manufacturing process piping. Resilient Equities audited the existing line and produced piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and piping floor plans aligned to FDA documentation requirements, integrating monitoring and control points. The deliverable reduced regulatory exposure and gave the operator a current drawing set for future line changes.

Controlled-environment agriculture — new construction, eastern Puerto Rico

12,000 sq ft of growing area plus 3,000 sq ft of laboratory, packaging, office, and shipping. Resilient Equities designed dedicated air handlers for the laboratory’s high CO₂ and humidity loads, a nutrient-dosed water supply for the growing operation, and separate filtration, supply, and sanitary drainage for occupant and agricultural water. Mechanical and plumbing permit drawings approved under the 2018 Puerto Rico Building Code.

Vehicle maintenance shop — renovation and reactivation, Puerto Rico

3,250 sq ft maintenance facility decommissioned since 2014, returned to service. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the maintenance bay: vehicle tailpipe exhaust, air-sweep ventilation for indoor air quality, compressed-air distribution, petroleum-oil-lubricant hose reels, and LED lighting with photometric analysis. Designed under the 2018 Puerto Rico Building Code with the owner’s compliance criteria.
