Scope of Work: The existing building has 10,800 square feet of retail and warehouse spaces, SOW converted the area to offices that will house the Client’s headquarters and  therapy center for children that require extended care. Resilient Equities provided permit drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety design compliance with 2023 Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County Ordinances.
